Most Alabama Judges Likely To Comply With Gay Marriage Ruling
More probate court judges in Alabama are expected to begin issuing marriages licenses to same-sex couples today, after the federal judge who overturned the state's voter-approved ban on gay marriage last month weighed in on the issue once more.
